There are four color options inn prefinished flooring. The surface of prefinished floors, known as wear layer, possesses a hardwood appearance. This covering may be substantial or lean. The width of this covering will have an effect on the number of times refinishing can be done. There are times where refinishing is not an option.
Installing prefinished floors is a simple and quick process. Usually an extensive warranty accompanies newly purchased prefinished floors. As stated above, prefinished floors are available in a variety of word choices and finishes. Finished wear layers tend to prove superior to those applied on the job floors. Factory applied finishes have a number of advantages including but not limited to, free of dust, hair and swirl marks. Although the coat of urethane is thick, they usually are free of odor.
