Area Rugs for the Bedroom

Bedrooms with hardwood floors are welcome a nice fluffy area rug.  One disadvantage to hardwood flooring in bedrooms is cold feet in the cooler months.  Adding an area rug to your bedroom will give the comfort of warm feet and the appeal of classic hardwood flooring.

As a rule of thumb, the size of the chandelier should be in inches what the length of the room is in feet. Generally, chandeliers require light bulbs that are 60 watts or higher in power. The larger a chandelier, and a room, is, the more light bulbs it will require. This can also affect how much a person will have to pay in electricity costs. Bearing these considerations in mind will allow a person to choose the appropriate contemporary chandelier to add the finishing touches to a contemporary living room.
